Motivating yourself for daily practice is hard – I know I’ve been trying, (& ultimately failing) to do it for 25 years!
Daily practice is critical to becoming competent at any skill. If you want to become good at any skill you HAVE TO complete 10,000 hours of practice! Practice never makes perfect, it just improves the chances of one day delivering a perfect performance. The SAS have a motto, ‘piss poor preparation = piss poor results’
