John Coltrane and Miles Davis were two of the most influential musicians of the mid 20th Century. Born just a few months apart in 1926, this year would have been their 90th Birthday’s and I wanted to celebrate this with a special concert.
I was thrilled to perform this concert to a sold out Cambridge Arts Theatre with Graeme Flowers on Trumpet, Tony Kofi on Alto Sax, Chris Jerome on Piano and my usual rhythm section of Joel Humann on Bass and Derek Scurll on Drums.
